Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients via phone and digital channels to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support. Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages, are highly valued to serve our diverse client base. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and current clients, providing detailed information about products and services
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and account management through effective communication
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and promote additional services or products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and correspondence
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, active listening, and communication skills during all interactions
  • Support client services by offering tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Perform basic analysis of customer data to identify opportunities for sales growth or service improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, call center operations, or customer support roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center environments is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions or cash handling experience is a plus
  • Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs and market trends
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7, $12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
