Platform Residential is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant to join the team at The Fitzroy Riverdale, a premier apartment community redefining upscale living. This is your chance to play a key role in a high-profile lease-up and help create an exceptional resident experience from day one.
As the right hand to the Property Manager and the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll:
- Drive Leasing Success: Showcase our luxury community, manage tours, and close leases with confidence and professionalism.
- Handle Lease Renewals: Proactively manage renewal conversations, prepare paperwork, and maintain strong resident retention.
- Deliver Five-Star Service: Build strong relationships with residents, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve concerns with care and efficiency.
- Support Daily Operations: Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Be a Brand Advocate: Represent The Fitzroy Riverdale at networking events and help promote our community in the local market.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the property is pristine and well-maintained.
- Create Community: Help organize resident events and contribute to newsletters that make our community feel like home.
- Leasing experience in a luxury or high-end apartment community preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you love connecting with people.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Entrata experience a plus).
- Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
