About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the cornerstone of our community's quality and functionality. Your expertise will ensure that every detail—from apartment interiors to common spaces—reflects the high standards our residents expect. This is more than a maintenance role; it's an opportunity to create an environment where luxury and comfort thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Excellence: Perform general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
  • Respond Quickly: Address resident service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction every time.
  • Prevent Issues: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our property in pristine condition.
  • Handle Emergencies: Resolve urgent repairs with efficiency and care.
  • Maintain Common Areas: Ensure our clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and grounds remain spotless and fully functional.
  • Prepare for New Residents: Complete turnover maintenance with precision, making every apartment move-in ready.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the property management team to schedule tasks and minimize disruptions.
  • Stay Organized: Manage inventory and accurately document work orders in our property management system.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance—luxury experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility for on-call duties, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred:

  • EPA or HVAC certification
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Experience with landscaping, pest control, or pool maintenance
