You will learn how to convert leads, run day-to-day operations, and deliver a high-end customer experience. You will follow up with leads, help customers choose the right unit, and keep the property looking sharp.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and convert leads into move-ins
  • Follow up fast and consistently by phone, text, and email
  • Tour customers and match them to the right unit size
  • Handle reservations, leases, payments, and customer questions
  • Sell moving supplies like locks, boxes, and packing materials
  • Keep the office and facility clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Walk the property daily and report anything that needs attention
  • Track daily activity and results (leads, follow-ups, move-ins)

Who We Want

  • You can stay calm with stressed customers and still get it done
  • Sales or customer service experience is a big plus

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs (moving supplies)
  • Must be able to walk the property and do light tasks
  • Comfort with computers and basic systems
  • Ability to work rotating weekends (including some Sundays)
  • Occasional floating support to another nearby Modern Storage location if needed

Pay and Benefits

  • $16 to $17 per hour
  • Performance bonus opportunity based on results
  • Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
