Descripción General:

Estamos en búsqueda de un@ Asistente Administrativ@ organizad@, proactiv@ y con excelentes destrezas de comunicación para apoyar las operaciones diarias de nuestra compañía dedicada al recogido de desperdicios sólidos. Esta posición juega un rol esencial en la atención al cliente, coordinación interna y apoyo directo a la alta gerencia.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Atender al público de manera cordial y profesional en el área de recepción.
  • Manejar el cuadro telefónico, canalizando llamadas con respeto, eficiencia y discreción.
  • Recibir, documentar y dar seguimiento a querellas de clientes.
  • Preparar y mantener reportes mensuales de querellas para análisis de servicio.
  • Coordinar reuniones de personal mensualmente, incluyendo preparación de agendas y logística.
  • Entrar y validar información de nómina en el sistema ADP de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Asistir directamente al Presidente de la empresa y a la Administradora de la oficina en tareas administrativas diarias.
  • Proveer apoyo administrativo a distintos departamentos, gerentes y supervisores según sea requerido.
  • Coordinar y mantener actualizadas las agendas de los carreros y personal operativo.
  • Gestionar correspondencia interna y externa.
  • Otras tareas administrativas según asignadas.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de estudios postsecundarios en administración de empresas o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones administrativas similares.
  • Conocimiento práctico del sistema de nómina ADP (preferible).
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y organización.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un ambiente dinámico.
  • Bilingüe (español e inglés) es un plus.
