Business Development Executive
to lead our expansion into new healthcare and senior living channels.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for
driving growth in the home care sector
by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating referral relationships, and promoting The Perfect Companion's premium care services. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in healthcare business development, existing relationships across hospitals and senior living communities, and the ability to convert opportunities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

  • Strategically expand the client base and market presence for in-home care services.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within healthcare and senior living sectors.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with referral sources including hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab facilities, and physician practices.
  • Maintain consistent outreach to healthcare decision-makers and community liaisons.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Prospect and qualify leads, educate potential clients and families about The Perfect Companion's offerings, and close new business to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop referral programs and partnership campaigns to support consistent lead flow.

Market Analysis

  • Research local market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to shape growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted marketing and business plans.

Networking & Community Engagement

  • Represent The Perfect Companion at professional events, senior living expos, and networking functions.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the company, healthcare providers, and the community.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • Minimum of
    5 years in healthcare sales, business development, or a related role
    (home care, home health, hospice, or senior living experience strongly preferred).
  • Established network within
    healthcare and hospitality industries
    is a significant plus.

Industry Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, referral dynamics, and senior care landscape.

Communication & Relationship Skills

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Skilled at building rapport with healthcare professionals, executives, and families.

Sales Acumen

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue and referral goals.
  • Proficient in consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling.

Other Skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Compensation & Growth

  • $2,000 per week base salary
