VP of Sales – Energy & Industrial Markets

Role Overview
We are seeking a VP of Sales – Energy & Industrial Markets
to own and scale Yoonify's go-to-market strategy across
Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, and related industrial sectors
.
This is a
hands-on, player–coach role
reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, with full ownership of enterprise revenue, pipeline, and strategic deals in the Energy vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Enterprise Sales
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales targeting procurement, supply chain, and operations leaders
- Build and close
six- and seven-figure deals
across Energy and Industrial accounts - Navigate complex buying committees, long sales cycles, and procurement-driven purchasing processes
Industry & Solution Selling
- Position Yoonify's solutions as strategic AI tools that enhance procurement efficiency, supplier intelligence, and operational decision-making
- Translate technology capabilities into business value and measurable ROI
- Address procurement, compliance, and supplier risk challenges in regulated, asset-intensive industries
GTM & Market Development
- Develop Energy-specific messaging, use cases, and deal strategies
- Identify lighthouse customers and expansion opportunities within large energy enterprises
- Build relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, and channel partners
Leadership & Scale
- Hire and mentor Energy-focused Account Executives and Solutions Consultants as the business scales
- Establish forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, and deal review cadence
- Provide input into product and solution roadmap based on Energy customer feedback
Ideal Background & Experience
Must-Have
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Proven success selling into
Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Industrial sectors - Experience selling SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
in complex, integrated environments - Strong executive relationships with CPOs, CIOs, COOs, and Finance leaders
- Track record of closing
six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
Highly Valued (Not Required)
- Experience in procurement transformation, supply chain digitization, or spend analytics
- Experience working with consulting or systems integration partners in Energy or Industrial sectors

Compensation & Incentives
- Initial compensation: Meaningful equity ownership, Commission-based earnings tied directly to closed revenue
