aytm "Ask Your Target Market" is ready to hire an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our growing Product Strategy team. We are seeking an individual to innovate, shape, and drive the development of our platform while supporting the rapid growth of our business. The successful candidate will utilize their experience and knowledge in market research and product management to support the product vision, implement strategies, and lead a successful roadmap. They will work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure that the product features meet our clients' needs. They will deliver on time and with confidence that the product will have a positive impact on both our clients' businesses and ours. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in B2B SaaS technology, marketing research methodologies, and a passion for product enhancement. This is a remote work position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the product vision and strategy in collaboration with senior product leaders.
  • Partner with internal teams and occasionally engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and inform product decisions.
  • Help define and prioritize product features based on user feedback, research, and business needs.
  • Contribute to evaluating how new features may impact key product or business metrics.
  • Write and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in research, marketing, sales, and client-facing roles to support product development and launch activities.
  • Contribute to go-to-market efforts for new feature releases, including coordination with relevant teams and departments.
  • Track product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and user needs to help shape product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience or strong interest in market research—quantitative and/or qualitative. A background in market research is a plus.
    2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a related role (e.g., research ops, product ops, project management, or UX research).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in market research, business, technology, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to product development and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and share ideas.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to or familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a supportive team environment.
  • Naturally curious, empathetic, and proactive, with a collaborative spirit.
