Product Manager

A Product Manager is required for our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company based in the United States. You will play a crucial role in the development and execution of the product strategy for their payroll product.The successful Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new features and enhancements to drive product growth, as well as conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to inform product development. Additionally, the Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure product delivery and success while keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the product stays ahead of the curve. To qualify for this Product Manager opportunity, you should have at least 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on payroll products. Alternatively, you will come from a strong Payroll background and will have transitioned into a Product Manager position. A strong understanding of SaaS business models and product development processes, as well as excellent communication are required. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results, as well as experience with Agile development methodologies, is a plus.
