POSITION SUMMARY:
We're seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Product Manager to spearhead the strategic enhancement of our product catalog, with a focus on accelerating sales performance and optimizing operational execution within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in architecting scalable, consistent, and high-integrity product data frameworks that enable seamless enterprise-wide operations and long-term growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage the Sales and Operations of MCA Solutions
Define the sales and operational processes for specialized products. Define preferred vendors and analyze purchase history and vendor data to understand what will bring MCA the most value when working with partners.
- Manage Product Master Governance
Evaluate product lines for market profitability, and work with Sales Leadership to focus Engineering and Sales teams on our most profitable solutions.
Define and implement data standards and stewardship policies specific to NetSuite's item records, ensuring consistent and accurate costing, classification, attributes, and lifecycle protocols. Develop and execute product strategies that align with corporate goals and changing market dynamics.
- Portfolio Optimization
Oversee the lifecycle of telecom products and services, ensuring relevance, profitability, and scalability.
- Drive Operational Enhancements
Partner with NetSuite admins, Sales and Operational leadership to design and prioritize workflow improvements around item management.
Identify and champion new technologies and service models that position the company as a market leader.
Facilitate Cross-functional Alignment
Partner with teams in Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure products and items support operational, financial, and analytical objectives.Monitoring and Analyzing Performance
Tracking key metrics related to product catalog performance, such as product views, sales conversions, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement. Leverage analytics and performance metrics to guide product enhancements and strategic pivots.
Own the MCA Solutions Roadmap
Manage a pipeline of enhancements, integrations, and data initiatives—aligning NetSuite capabilities with business goals and user feedback.Champion Training & Change Management
Create documentation and training materials for internal teams on best practices for solutions and items we offer. Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.Improving Customer Experience
Optimizing the product catalog to enhance the overall customer experience, leading to increased sales, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. Advocate for user experience and customer value in every stage of product life cycle.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with operations and service solutions,specifically managing items that support end-to-end business solutions
- Strong understanding of ERP data architecture, workflows, custom fields, and saved searches (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Background in product management, data governance, or business systems analysis
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and launching successful products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and process efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- NetSuite certification a plus
