About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at our Colorado Springs office. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads. Reporting to the Global SVP of Marketing will join a dynamic and collaborative team which plays a pivotal role in the company's growth and success.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact and truly own this role. Ideal candidates will have three years' experience in a similar role, coupled with a genuine passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:


• Pro-actively researching and identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities for the company


• Using creative out-reaches to key stakeholders by phone, email and LinkedIn, to book meetings with our New Business team


• Understand the feedback on the process of lead generation to marketing and work closely together to generate new leads


• Manage, grow, and maintain your own pipeline of high-quality prospects, nurturing them to the point of booking a meeting


• Support the Marketing and Business Development Teams in strategic campaigns


• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads


• Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments


• Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads

Key Competencies:
• Excellent organisational skills to structure tasks


• B2B Sales development experience


• Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal


• Confident in dealing and liaising with a wide variety of customers from the AMERICAS


• Experience with lead generation in the tech space ideally cyber security is highly desirable but not essential


• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable


• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
