Our client, a well-established and respected leader in the fire protection and life safety industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven industry professional who can manage client relationships, drive new business, and deliver comprehensive fire protection solutions across commercial and residential markets.

About the Company

Our client is a trusted name in the fire protection sector, providing end-to-end solutions including the design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems. Their services cover all major system types, from fire sprinklers and alarms to special hazard systems, backflows, and suppression equipment—ensuring full compliance and safety for clients across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored fire protection solutions.
  • Lead business development initiatives and manage existing accounts across multiple system types.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and job estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide expert guidance on NFPA codes, fire safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster professional growth and team success.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experienced in the fire protection industry, ideally in a senior sales or account management capacity.
  • Proven track record in developing business, managing client portfolios, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of fire sprinkler, alarm, suppression, and monitoring systems.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge with the ability to provide solution-driven sales support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with a "plug-and-play" mindset.
