Up to $80,000/year plus commissions ($250,000 total compensation on target).

Job Summary:
· Seeking an
Account Executive – IT Services & Consulting
to become the face of our consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and identify new business opportunities in target industries
· Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-level executives in the greater Houston area.
· Articulate Indigo Beam's service offerings, qualify opportunities, and conduct professional sales presentations.
· Attend networking events, build brand recognition, and contribute to building the sales pipeline.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and develop/write detailed proposals for potential clients in collaboration with our sales support team.
· Support senior sales leaders with pipeline management and account planning
· Stay updated with industry trends, collaborate with internal teams, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Experience working with the State of Texas and DIR (strongly preferred)
· Proven experience engaging business owners and key decision makers.
· Strong sales acumen, formal sales training, and a track record of achieving sales goals
· At least 3 years of previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (IT Consulting or Technology Services preferred)
· Working knowledge of software services and strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and self-motivation.
· Fearless attitude with a mission-driven personality.
