LewisEllis is seeking an Billing Administrative Assistant who combines a passion for precision with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Base Salary: $18-22/hr part-time (20 hours a week)
You Will:
- Prepare and post monthly client bills, including split-party and electronic billing.
- Manage retainer funds, write-offs, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Address billing inquiries, disputes, and adjustments professionally.
- Review contract terms to support accurate project setup in the accounting system.
- Use tools like NetSuite, Adobe, Excel, and Word to complete billing tasks and generate reports.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
Essential Requirements:
- 1–3 years of billing and collections experience, preferably in a consulting or service-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be available to work in-office two days per week (hybrid role).
- Energetic, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced setting.
