Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

A successful Key Account Manager should have:
