About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced P2P Manager to support the P2P Director in managing the Payables and Procurement teams. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of vendor payments while maintaining compliance with all internal and federal procurement policies.

This role plays a critical part in improving financial operations, optimizing procurement processes, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the P2P Director in overseeing daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Procurement teams.
  • Ensure all vendor payments are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with BPHC and federal guidelines.
  • Support and monitor procurement activities to ensure that all goods and services meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct or support employee and vendor training on P2P processes, systems, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, contracts, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve payment cycles.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for P2P processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting to leadership on procurement and payables performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P operations, procurement, or accounts payable management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Contract Management Systems.
  • Experience with ReQlogic preferred.
  • Solid understanding of federal procurement policies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills:

  • Process improvement or automation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64, $77,700.46 per year
