We are looking for a Procurement Contract Specialist to support complex sourcing and contracting activities across critical technology categories. This role is ideal for professionals with strong IT procurement experience, particularly within regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end contracting process for IT products and services
  • Negotiate commercial terms for enterprise-level technology agreements
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, third-party risk, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with legal, risk, information security, and business teams to align contracts
  • Support audits by providing documentation and procurement process guidance
  • Manage vendor onboarding and monitor contract renewals and timelines

Experience

  • Solid background in IT procurement within financial services
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements (hardware, software, cloud, etc.)
  • Familiarity with licensing models and large vendor frameworks (e.g., Microsoft EA)
  • Experience supporting RFx processes and data center procurement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and third-party risk management
