Responsibilities – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Utilize ServiceTitan for job tracking, billing, and reporting
- Manage office administration tasks, scheduling, and communication with customers and vendors
- Prepare invoices, payment reports, and financial summaries
- Support company leadership with administrative and operational needs
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and ServiceTitan (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Background check required prior to employment
- $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
