We're looking for an accomplished Demand Generation leader to shape and scale our demand generation strategy across all stages of the customer journey. You'll lead and continue to grow a high-performing team responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our sales organization, driving self-service signups, and accelerating paid plan conversions. As the strategic owner of demand generation, you'll define our acquisition strategy, optimize our customer journey, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our marketing investments directly drive revenue growth. This role reports to the CMO and will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to build a scalable pipeline engine.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives predictable, scalable pipeline growth across both self-serve and direct sales motions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team focused on strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
- Build a scalable acquisition engine, optimizing inbound, outbound, and ABM programs to consistently deliver qualified leads and opportunities.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to design and implement lead scoring, automation, and attribution models that improve funnel efficiency and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and SDR teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, timely follow-up, and strong alignment on goals and feedback.
- Define and report on KPIs, performance metrics, and forecasts in partnership with BI and RevOps to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Content, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that convert and retain customers.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years focused on demand generation in a SaaS or PLG environment
- Proven success owning a pipeline number and building programs that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Deep expertise in multi-channel acquisition and full-funnel optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring marketing teams
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience managing dashboards, forecasts, and attribution
- Proven ability to use AI in innovative ways to drive pipeline, including measurable improvements in velocity and conversion
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $195,000 to $230,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive equity program and comprehensive and inclusive benefits. **Please note this range spans two levels
