Objetivo general:
Responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de ventas, desarrollar marcas y expandir la participación de mercado dentro del canal minorista hispano y canal mainstream en los Estados Unidos. Este rol se enfoca en administrar relaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave y distribuidores, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que fortalezcan la presencia de la compañía tanto en el canal hispano como en el canal retail general.
Responsabilidades:
- Administrar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave del canal hispano y del retail general, así como con distribuidores y cadenas regionales en EE. UU.
- Liderar la planificación anual de negocio, revisiones conjuntas (JBP) y estrategias promocionales alineadas con los objetivos del cliente y la compañía.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas para alcanzar objetivos de ingresos, distribución y rentabilidad en el mercado hispano.
- Identificar oportunidades de expansión del portafolio, optimización del surtido y mejora de la exhibición en el punto de venta.
- Aplicar un conocimiento profundo del retail estadounidense (supermercados, conveniencia, clubes y formatos de valor) para adaptar estrategias dirigidas al consumidor hispano.
- Monitorear tendencias del mercado, actividades de la competencia y comportamiento del shopper para anticipar cambios y responder estratégicamente.
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, trade marketing, operaciones, supply chain y finanzas para asegurar la ejecución efectiva de iniciativas comerciales y de marca.
- Coordinar con equipos de ventas de campo y brokers para maximizar la ejecución en tienda y el rendimiento de las promociones.
- Administrar presupuestos de trade marketing y promociones, tomando decisiones basadas en retorno de inversión (ROI).
- Dar seguimiento a KPIs, analizar datos de ventas y preparar reportes para la dirección.
General Objective:
Responsible for driving sales growth, building brand development, and expanding market share within the Hispanic and mainstream retail channels in the United States. This role focuses on managing strategic relationships with key accounts and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and executing commercial strategies that strengthen the company's presence in both the Hispanic market and the general retail channel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts in the Hispanic and mainstream retail channels, as well as with distributors and regional chains in the U.S.
- Lead annual business planning, joint business reviews (JBP), and promotional strategies aligned with both customer and company objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, distribution, and profitability goals within the Hispanic market.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, assortment optimization, and improved in-store visibility.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the U.S. retail landscape (supermarkets, convenience stores, club stores, and value formats) to tailor strategies for the Hispanic consumer.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and shopper behavior to anticipate changes and respond strategically.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution of commercial and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with field sales teams and brokers to maximize in-store execution and promotional impact.
- Manage trade marketing and promotional budgets, making data-driven decisions focused on return on investment (ROI).
- Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.
