Through an Employer of Record (EOR), we are looking for a new Shared Services Associate in the Philippines to join our growing Human Resources Team. This individual will report to our Sr. HR Change Management Manager and be responsible for ensuring our timecards are processed accurately each week. Role Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote from the Philippines

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time | 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time

Base Salary: 295 – 368 PHP per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage timecard processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain HR files, employee data, and shared HR resources by following established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure information remains current, accurate, and confidential.
  • Support HR team members with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services team to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver consistent, high-quality support across the organization.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries submitted through the HR Request Form, providing accurate information or directing questions to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals and operations of the HR Shared Services team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in Administration or Customer Service
  • High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, Workday, etc.
  • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or Shared Services functions
