Position Description:

Assisting in the planning and scoping of audit engagements through developing sections of applicable audit programs.

Responsibilities include:

Under supervision conducting audit fieldwork using observation, substantiation of issues, research, interviews, detailed testing, documentation review, and data analysis. Documenting business processes, audit observations, and audit recommendations and issues by compiling adequate evidence. You will be involved in training in some of the following functions.

Qualifications:

• Some technical and operational Information Security knowledge, and/or standard industry practices relating to the areas of Information Security/Internal Audit, in order to assist healthcare organizations with the assessment and improvement of their security posture.
• Knowledge of Information Security strategy, policies, organization, and governance.
• Demonstrates some experience which includes:
• Interfacing in a professional manner with clients during the course of projects.
• Actively participating as a team member in the execution of Information Security projects.
• Aspires to have a broad career in IT RiskSecurity Assurance

Education/Experience:

• Required: BA or BS Management Information Systems or business-related field. Or working towards bachelor's degree in related field.
• Preferred: Working towards MBA in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems or related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Engagement Details: This is a part-time, temporary role, with the potential to turn into a full-time long-term role. The position will extend approximately three months but could be extended based on business needs. The Junior Associate will work closely with the Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers to develop an understanding of role and responsibilities, and client delivery needs.

Pay Range: Estimated Range: $25 per hour.
