About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you'll respond to client inquiries, manage account updates, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and accuracy. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, track client requests, and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a courteous, timely manner
  • Handle account updates, billing inquiries, and general client questions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are completed accurately
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems, email, and data entry tools
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time position with standard weekday hours. The role is fully remote but open only to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
