We're looking for a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and love turning data into actionable insights, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to strategist for client optimization, delivering smart, data-driven recommendations that elevate campaign performance.
- Audit and enhance PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.
- Create and manage pacing reports, campaign builds, and A/B tests to fine-tune results.
- Deliver insightful reporting—weekly, monthly, and ad hoc—to keep clients informed and confident.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, joining client meetings and presenting findings with clarity and confidence.
- Shape SEO strategies, review tasks, and provide reporting that drives organic growth.
- Advise on marketing strategies, identifying new opportunities and aligning them with client goals.
- Monitor and optimize performance, using cutting-edge tools and best practices to troubleshoot and innovate.
- Drive ROI and growth, partnering with sales to expand client relationships and uncover new potential.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
- 2+ years of campaign management with a strong grasp of SEM/SEO.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, balancing multiple clients and platforms within SLAs.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $40,000 and $70,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
