We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Search Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Advertising to meet business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research using SEO tools and web analytics to identify high-performing keywords that boost campaign effectiveness.
- Manage daily campaign optimization efforts focusing on conversion rate improvement, click-through rate enhancement, and cost efficiency through bid adjustments and audience targeting.
- Develop detailed media plans and budgets to allocate resources effectively across channels while maintaining alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other tracking tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing data trends and adjusting strategies accordingly to increase lead generation or sales conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay current with industry trends such as SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), affiliate marketing, and emerging social media advertising opportunities to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance metrics for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords), Pinterest Ads, and social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Amazon Advertising.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles with a focus on ROI-driven strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in PPC campaign management including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions and analyzing user data.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques for keyword analysis and competitive research to inform paid search strategies.
- Experience working within e-commerce environments or digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to allocate spend effectively across multiple campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Knowledge of media planning software such as DoubleClick or similar platforms is a plus.
