What Success Looks Like
- You create ad campaigns that consistently generate qualified leads or direct sales.
- You design funnels and landing pages that convert traffic efficiently.
- You continuously analyze, optimize, and scale successful campaigns.
- You help build a measurable, predictable system for customer acquisition.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Design and optimize sales funnels that guide prospects seamlessly from awareness to conversion, utilizing tools like Google Tag Manager and funnel-building platforms.
- Conduct detailed keyword research using SEO tools to identify high-impact keywords for PPC campaigns and organic growth strategies.
- Manage media buying budgets effectively across multiple channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum reach and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics dashboards; analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) by testing landing pages, ad creatives, call-to-actions, and user flows to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with content creators and design teams to produce engaging ad creatives tailored for social media management and targeted advertising efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, and media planning to continually refine strategies.
- Track campaign metrics meticulously; prepare reports that highlight key insights, performance KPIs, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals in e-commerce or service-based environments.
Skills
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, specifically in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
- Proven track record of building high-converting funnels and landing pages that generate measurable results.
- Proficiency in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, WordPress, or similar funnel-building platforms.
- Strong knowledge of conversion copywriting and consumer psychology.
- Experience with email automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.).
- Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to design and execute lead magnet campaigns (free guides, eBooks, webinars, etc.) that feed into a nurture sequence.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing with a strong understanding of PPC campaign management across platforms such as Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and DoubleClick.
- Deep knowledge of media buying strategies including media planning, budgeting, affiliate marketing, and SEM best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools for keyword research and competitive analysis; familiarity with SEO techniques that complement paid campaigns.
- Experience in conversion optimization techniques—A/B testing landing pages, improving user flows, leveraging CRO tools—to boost lead quality and sales conversions.
- Skilled in social media management tools for scheduling content and managing ad campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online service models to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Graphic design or video editing abilities for ad creative.
