Role Summary

The National Sales Manager is a key driver of ApartmentSEO's growth, responsible for generating new business by securing partnerships with property management companies, ownership groups, and multifamily operators across the country.

This role is all about building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals that expand our national footprint. You'll take a consultative approach to sales, understanding client goals, crafting custom digital marketing solutions, and turning prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow ApartmentSEO's market presence and sales pipeline.

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers, positioning ApartmentSEO as the go-to digital marketing partner in the multifamily industry.

  • Conduct engaging discovery calls, presentations, and solution demos that clearly communicate value and drive action.

  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up to increase sales velocity and conversion rates.

  • Represent ApartmentSEO at major industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and brand awareness.

  • Track, forecast, and report on individual performance, pipeline health, and goal attainment using Salesforce and ALN.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PropTech, or multifamily housing.

  • Proven success in closing new business and consistently exceeding quotas.

  • Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with C-level and senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Performance Metrics

  • New-logo revenue growth (monthly and quarterly)

  • Closed-won ratio and average deal size

  • Pipeline conversion rate and sales velocity
