Recognized by Athletic Business, Aquatics International, ENR, NRPA, NIRSA, Recreation Management, and the Association of Aquatic Professionals, NinjaCross continues to grow rapidly and is expanding its national sales leadership team.
We're looking for a high-performing, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead our growth and represent our patented aquatic innovation across North America.
About the Role
The Director of Sales will lead all sales efforts across North America, managing a robust pipeline of 100+ projects while building and maintaining relationships with recreation, aquatics, athletics, and municipal decision-makers.
This is a strategic, high-energy, and collaborative role that works directly with the Sales, Marketing, Design, Project Management, and Ownership teams.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Growth
- Drive revenue and market expansion across North America
- Manage and grow a 100+ project sales funnel
- Engage with 200+ architects, 20+ aquatics engineers, and 25+ pool contractors
- Sell new obstacles, upgrades, service contracts, and maintenance training
- Prospect new facilities and follow up on warm and past leads
Client Engagement & Outreach
- Conduct virtual and onsite presentations, lunch & learns, and facility tours
- Attend and exhibit at industry trade shows and conferences
- Host client site visits and support design tours
- Support owners with grants, sponsorships, and naming rights opportunities
Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop new materials, case studies, and proposals
- Maintain an active presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Contribute to website content, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts
- Monitor Google Alerts, municipal agendas, and industry updates for new leads
Tools, Technology & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and
- Utilize AI tools to streamline communications and improve efficiency
- Update PowerPoints with new project photos, client quotes, and success stories
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams on submittals, RFIs, and contracts
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Prior sales experience (preferred, especially in aquatics, recreation, architecture, or athletics)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong digital, social media, and communication skills
- Highly organized and responsive
Preferred
- Experience working with architects, engineers, or municipal decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM tools and
- Experience attending or presenting at industry trade shows
- Comfort using AI tools for workflow efficiency
