What You'll Do:

As a Café Team Member, you'll be the heart and soul of our café. From crafting beverages to ensuring our space is warm and welcoming, your role is all about making our customers feel at home. Here's a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take orders and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light food items with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including seating areas and workstations.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and keeping inventory organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.
