Bilingual Sales Representative (English / Spanish) – Boston, MA
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Type of position: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary $65,000/year + commissions + stipend
Job Description
At Babco Building Services, we are looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to drive growth in the Boston area. The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative sales, results-oriented, and has outstanding communication skills in both languages.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Present and promote our services to target accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to drive renewals.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure flawless implementation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual goals (pipeline, meetings, proposals, and revenue).
- Record activities and report key metrics promptly.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Proven experience in service sales (ideal: cleaning, maintenance, or facilities).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and availability to visit clients in Boston and surrounding areas.
- Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, organization, and customer service focus.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace/MS Office) and CRM.
