Position Overview: As an Territory Sales Representative, you'll be on the road daily, nurturing relationships with key accounts, introducing new products, and promoting our outstanding portfolio. You'll have clear sales targets and access to all the tools necessary for success, but your ability to be a self-starter and demonstrate sales acumen will be paramount. Above all, your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service will be crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong account relationships with accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct daily visits to accounts within your territory following a proscribed sales route, which you will have input in forming.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers during their market visits.
  • Work in tandem with the broader sales team to identify sales opportunities and achieve set goals.
  • Facilitate the exchange of information with colleagues to maximize sales opportunities across categories.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio to buyers, retail account staff, and consumers.
  • Effectively sell and ensure the best placement of Craft Collective Homegrown products.
  • Organize and execute compelling floor displays.
  • Assist with accounts receivable management within your designated territory.
  • Represent Craft Collective Homegrown and our brands at samplings, tastings, and other events.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.
  • Stay current in your industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, trade shows, conventions, reviewing professional publications, and building personal networks.
  • Prior experience with Encompass is a significant advantage.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional work required on evenings and weekends. Please be prepared for the sometimes round-the-clock demands of the beverage industry sales role, such as a customer contacting you with a question during evening hours.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience in sales; Preferred but not necessary: Beverage or beer sales experience.
  • Highly motivated individual.
  • Valid driver's license,
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that you will use for business purposes (mileage reimbursement included)
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs, including cases and kegs.

Compensation:

  • Base salary is $40,000, performance-based compensation represents the balance of the compensation potential.
  • Individuals have the potential to earn an additional 50% or more of base salary annually through performance-based compensation including commissions and other peformance-based bonuses.
