Our firm employs more than 150 team members with a wide range of experience and skills, serving businesses in various industries. We're looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Naples, Florida office Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette are required.

This position will be the first face our clients are greeted by when they enter our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.
- Maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, when necessary.
- Indirectly supervise members of the Administrative team, if applicable.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
- Ability to evaluate situations and modify behavior accordingly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Demonstrates ability to take initiative and exercise time management skills
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
