Salary Range: $85, $350,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must possess or be able to obtain both a Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License.
Experience: Prior leadership experience within the insurance domain is preferred but not
necessary.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively lead a
team and interact with clients.
Customer-Oriented: Exceptional commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability in motivating and guiding a team towards
achieving goals.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead and manage the agency team to achieve sales goals and growth targets.
- Client Engagement: Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized insurance solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's
customer base and ensure its strong presence in the area.
- Team Development: Mentor and support team members in achieving their full potential and facilitating professional growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company
policies.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to the company's regional
manager.
