We are seeking a self-motivated, accounting oriented individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist.  This full-time position will focus on AP, AR, tracking, reviewing, reporting, and reconciling duties.

This position has many opportunities for growth and advancement

Responsibilities:

  • APPO variance reconciliation and adjusting
  • Product and Customer pricing reconciliation and verification
  • Customer RMA credit invoice processing
  • Customer account corrections/credits
  • Inbound freight reconciliation and verification
  • Costing report variance tracking and adjusting
  • Daily bank deposits
  • Petty Cash maintenance
  • Invoice and costing reports filing
  • Some customer service duties and help with Customer questions
  • Backup products/sales order process, customer service duties - as needed.
  • Other accounting related responsibilities as needed. (Assist other depts. in receiving, dispatch, billing, pricing, agility, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in Accounting/Finance and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry knowledge is helpful. (Not a must.)
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Background and drug screening
