About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative agency environment and can seamlessly balance digital strategy, social media management, Google Ads, AI-driven marketing, and website development with a strong grasp of traditional marketing principles. This role is intended to grow into a leadership role leading the marketing team
You'll collaborate with a diverse range of clients, helping to build brands, drive leads, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for a variety of client industries.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Develop and manage websites; coordinate with designers and developers for advanced builds.
- Craft engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction for client projects.
- Assist with traditional marketing efforts, including print ads, brochures, radio, and community outreach campaigns.
- Stay current on digital trends, SEO practices, AI advancements, and web marketing innovations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally within an agency or marketing firm.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Experience with website development (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar CMS).
- Familiarity with AI marketing and automation tools.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Strong organizational and client communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of traditional marketing and local outreach strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- CRM and email marketing experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and UX best practices.
- Ability to lead others and manage the workflow of a team.
