Facilities and Operations Coordinator

The Facilities & Operations Manager supports all Denver Recovery Group clinics across Colorado by ensuring each location is safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. This position combines facilities management with operational support — overseeing maintenance, safety compliance, inventory management, vendor coordination, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and hands-on in maintaining high operational standards across all DRG facilities.

Work Conditions

Travel required between all DRG clinic locations.

Combination of office/administrative work and hands-on facility support.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical labor.

Flexibility to respond to urgent facility needs outside regular business hours.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic handyman/maintenance abilities (minor repairs, installations, assembly).

Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel required between clinics).

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare or behavioral health environments.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including OSHA, ADA, and local building codes.

Project coordination or construction management experience.
