Duties
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct B2B sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Engage in technical sales discussions, explaining product features and benefits clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling strategies to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Knowledge of technical products or services relevant to our industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment focused on business growth.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
