Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000 - $170,000 per year

Saturdays OFF yes you read that right Saturdays off in the car business. A competitive pay plan offering you the opportunity to make a lot of money. While not sacrificing work life balance which is very important to us.

Qualifications

  • 2 years previous DEALERSHIP Sales experience required
  • MUST have a Valid drivers license
  • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including great communication and rapport building.
  • knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options and sales process.
  • This is a full time position, schedule includes rotating days, evenings, and mandatory Sundays. SATURDAYS OFF
  • CRM familiarity.
  • A people person: this is a sales job working face to face with customers. You MUST like talking to people.
  • Dress and act like a professional
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Bilingual a plus but not required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the lot
  • Offer high-end vehicles to customers
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicle specifications, features, and pricing
  • Maintain a clean and inviting customer waiting area

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming customer waiting area
  • Ability to make 500 calls a month
  • Follow up on unengaged leads that become interested in our vehicles after engaging with us
  • Maintain excellent customer service and online review
