- Manage the planning, purchase, design, and execution of digital and social advertising campaigns
- Stay informed on social media trends and platform changes, providing guidance to the Global Comms team on relevant shifts affecting communication strategies
- Measure, analyze, and report on digital and social performance relative to industry benchmarks and competitors, applying insights to inform creative and strategic decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry thought leaders and representatives from major social platforms (FB, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor and report on Concord's brand presence and narrative across social media and other online environments
- Engage with community members in alignment with Concord's voice, values, and brand objectives
- Support increased executive team visibility by guiding participation in conversations related to their areas of expertise
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- 3-5 years of digital brand management, preferably on the corporate level
- Creativity and proficiency with content design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing everyone from IG followers to senior executives
- You recognize that social media doesn't sleep, and find clever and unexpected ways to engage our audience at peak hours
- In-depth understanding of social Media reporting and listening platforms (i.e. Sprout) and of current digital trends
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and thrive on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
- Ability to work with a small team and individually to produce big results
