As a member of the Human Resources team at ABM, you'll make a positive impact in helping to prepare people for change. Ensuring they have the knowledge, ability, and tools needed to work differently, and adopt new or changing behaviors to enable realization of business objectives.

You'll be an important, strategic partner for our transformation leaders and key business partners, working closely with them to understand the change, align stakeholders, plan and execute engagement moments, and measure adoption to achieve and sustain desired business outcomes.

As a Sr. Change Manager, you will:

  • Apply change management methodology, processes, and tools to drive change adoption for multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Identify key stakeholders, assess change impacts, adoption risks, and measure business readiness for change.
  • Establish collaborative working relationships with internal partners in project management, continuous improvement, training, and communications to ensure alignment on the design and delivery of engagement plans, training programs, messaging, and other deliverables.
  • Work closely with field team members and leaders, and facilitate their involvement to include the voice of the field in the solutions we create.
  • Manage and implement the execution of change plans.
  • Define key metrics to monitor successful adoption and sustainment.
  • Assist with improvements to team change methodology, leveraging industry best practices, and internal lessons learned.

Minimum Requirements

Education, Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree B.A./B.S.
  • Five or more years of business experience
  • Five or more years of experience leading complex, transformational change management efforts across a highly distributed stakeholder population of 100,000 or more
  • Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization, including tailoring content and key messages for a variety of audience groups
  • Team player, with the ability to build relationships, trust, and credibility quickly
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, both individually and as part of a team
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel Required: 10%
  • Hybrid, 4 days in-office Monday through Thursday

Pay:$ $115,000.00

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
