Job Summary And Qualifications
The Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of analyses relating to the financial statements and operations of the company for their assigned service line, as well as other duties as assigned by the Manager of Finance.

What you will do in this role:

• Create and maintain weekly operations projections.
• Assist in coordination with HBP operations leadership for service line MOR presentations.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools that will be used in the revenue and collection processes for variance analysis.
• Familiar with PSG revenue cycle policies.
• Assist in preparation of Pro forma reports for new locations or markets
• Prepare annual projection and budget process.
• Ad hoc report development in platforms such as MicroStrategy/Essbase/Business Objects
• Provide support to practice accounting related to standard billing systems & reconciliation.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
• Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement."
• Additional projects as directed by Manger of Finance.

What you should have for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field as required.
• 1+ years of progressive accounting experience or analyst experience; preferably in healthcare
• Must be able to read a financial statement
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
