IntePros is hiring a detail-oriented Financial Analyst (Contract) to support the Program Accounting Department at one of, if not THE nation's leading media and technology companies. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields, or for professionals with financial experience who are looking to grow in a stable, analytical role

You'll help process and analyze invoices, payments, and financial reports, keeping operations accurate and efficient across financial systems.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review monthly invoices, payments, and accruals.
  • Reconcile financial data and research any discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Assist in creating reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization projects.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field,
    or
    equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of financial, accounting, or data analysis experience (including invoicing).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
  • Experience with invoicing procedures
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle, Essbase, SQL, or Teradata is a plus, not required.
