IntePros is hiring a detail-oriented Financial Analyst (Contract) to support the Program Accounting Department at one of, if not THE nation's leading media and technology companies. You'll help process and analyze invoices, payments, and financial reports, keeping operations accurate and efficient across financial systems.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review monthly invoices, payments, and accruals.
  • Reconcile financial data and research any discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Assist in creating reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization projects.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field,
    or
    equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of financial, accounting, or data analysis experience (including invoicing).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
  • Experience with invoicing procedures
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle, Essbase, SQL, or Teradata is a plus, not required.
