Compensation: $90,000-$100,000

Senior Financial Analyst:

Are you ready to join a fast-paced team with plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute? Our company is growing quickly, and we are looking for a hands-on FP&A professional to help take our corporate reporting and forecasting processes to the next level. This employee will be responsible for performing monthly forecasting, providing monthly variance analysis, key performance metrics (KPI) tracking, financial reporting, cost-benefit analysis, and other ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly financial reports and presentations to corporate and production support leaders
• Examine expense detail monthly to ensure accuracy of results within the departments supported
• Perform detailed research into financial reporting and provide accurate and timely variance analysis to leaders
• Create, enhance, and maintain forecast models that utilize drivers and metrics to drive accurate monthly forecasting
• Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reporting to track performance and provide insight into corporate and production support departments
• Support various process improvement and automation projects, requiring a desire to expand technical skillset
• Support growth, expense management and other strategic initiatives as needed by performing analysis, creating presentations, tracking/measuring performance
• Interact with C-Level Executives, which requires professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Create ad hoc reporting and analyses, as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 3+ years in an FP&A role, with mortgage banking or financial services experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of Essbase / SQL / and Tableau preferred
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment
• Personal motivation and a strong sense of ownership
