Salary: $120,000–$140,000 Base

Overview

A leading provider of electrical acceptance testing, engineering studies, and predictive maintenance for LV, MV, and HV systems serving renewable energy, manufacturing, data centers, and healthcare. Since the 1990s, the company has relied on skilled electricians and NETA-certified technicians to deliver safe, reliable power distribution.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee electrical testing and maintenance projects from bid through closeout, including schedules, budgets, risk management, customer communication, change orders, procurement, and project financials. The role is highly collaborative, involving coordination with internal departments, field teams, general contractors, and inspectors. You will also mentor project staff and support business development through major account management.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Account Management


• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and financial tracking


• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations


• Oversee change orders and related material needs


• Lead billing and ensure timely invoicing

Estimating


• Review drawings and specifications


• Perform take-offs and evaluate vendor bids


• Prepare and submit project estimates

Business Development


• Manage key customer accounts and long-term relationships


• Generate ~$1M in new business annually

Site Management


• Conduct jobsite visits, meetings, and progress reviews


• Build trust with field staff and site supervisors

Leadership


• Mentor Assistant PMs and PMs


• Own project outcomes, financials, and risk


• Maintain alignment across internal departments

Preferred Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred)


• 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of LV/MV/HV power distribution


• OSHA 10, PMP, and/or PE a plus


• Experience with NETA Accredited companies


• Willing to travel ~10%
