Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused
CRM/Account Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the SaaS, consulting, or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer relationship management, and a proven ability to deliver client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports on client status and opportunities.
  • Identify potential areas for upselling or cross-selling services.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in account management or CRM roles within SaaS, consulting, or staffing industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
