CRM & Email Marketing Analyst
Our client, a leading Manhattan-based law firm, is seeking a highly skilled CRM & Email Marketing Analyst to join its business development team. This role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the firm's global CRM platform, with a strong emphasis on email marketing strategy, data integrity, and user engagement.
The ideal candidate is analytical yet creative, with exceptional attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. You'll work cross-functionally across marketing, business development, and IT to optimize CRM performance, enhance client communications, and ensure compliance with global data protection standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute firm-wide email marketing campaigns from setup to reporting.
- Handle audience segmentation, testing, delivery, and performance analysis.
- Ensure content accuracy through careful proofreading and quality control.
- Oversee daily operations of the CRM and its integration with content management systems.
- Maintain data accuracy through regular updates, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Develop dashboards, mailing lists, and reports to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.
- Provide CRM training, user support, and best-practice documentation.
- Lead projects to enhance system usability, data quality, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing, within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in CRM, CMS, and document management systems.
- Strong HTML/CSS and advanced Excel skills; capable of managing and analyzing large data sets.
- Excellent proofreading and content review
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Information Technology (or related field).
