Position Summary:

Job Title: OSP Project Coordinator

Location:
Houston, TX (On-site)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support invoicing and documentation processes for our FTTH outside plant construction operations. This position focuses on ensuring accuracy in construction invoicing, redline tracking, and contractor performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Invoicing Support

  • Review redlines submitted with invoices and input data into KMZ files to validate billed footage and prevent duplicate invoicing
  • Upload supporting documentation into NetSuite for invoice attachment and record-keeping
  • Track all units placed and compare against construction-ready footage

Redline Management

  • Monitor redline submission deadlines and send timely reminders to Construction Managers and contractors
  • Collaborate with contractors to collect redlines and required documentation
  • Support Construction Managers with coordination and follow-up on outstanding items
  • Generate weekly and monthly contractor performance reports
  • Develop and maintain a construction scorecard

Project Closeout

  • Assist with closeout activities related to construction invoicing and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with construction documentation, invoicing processes, and contractor coordination
  • Familiarity with KMZ files and NetSuite a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
