We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects, and ensuring every detail is handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including work orders, change orders, and permits.
  • Track daily progress, materials, and labor to ensure all site activities align with project plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for materials procurement and delivery.
  • Support management in preparing project reports and cost summaries.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling meetings, and organizing project files.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination, project assistance, or administrative roles in a contracting firm.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
