OPS Property Manager I

WinnCompanies is searching for an agile and motivated Property Manager I to join our team at Seasons at Redondo Beach, a 150-unit affordable housing community located in Redondo Beach, CA.In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.Please note that the pay rate for this position is $22.00 to $27.70 per hour.
