Key Details:

Fully Remote, work from anywhere. (Working Eastern-time hours)

Licensing Requirement: Must be actively licensed in 11+ states

Competitive $25/hour base pay + Commission potential ($100 commission per policy)

Tiered commission structure - The more you sell, the more you earn

Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses

All inbound leads, absolutely no cold calling. Warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily

Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (REQUIRED)

Schedule: 9AM-6PM or 3PM-11PM

Duties:

  • Take inbound calls from pre-qualified leads
  • Assist clients in selecting the right ACA health plans
  • Follow proven sales scripts and CMS-compliant procedures
  • Meet and exceed performance goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking.
  • The opportunity to connect seniors with the right coverage to improve their healthcare access and peace of mind.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy renewals through effective sales administration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (REQUIRED)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
  • Motivation, integrity, and a passion for sales
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or retail sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficient analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence and relationship building.
